Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original shipping materials, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the crate or box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for oversized items.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods to verify their condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
